Beyhan Uzun is one of the Managing Partners of Fırat Gültekin & Partners and currently works as the Director of the Consultancy Unit. Beyhan Uzun, who specializes in contracts and commercial law, provides consultancy to client companies on matters falling within her field of expertise, from company establishment to company liquidation, and provides effective and fast solutions to all kinds of demands they need during the execution of daily business.

Beyhan Uzun also carries out the processes related to the merger and acquisition transactions of the client companies with her 10 years in the profession with her expertise in  preparation and revision of all kinds of contracts that client companies need on a sectoral basis, such as contract of work, service contract, establishment of a joint stock company, establishment of a limited liability company, establishment of a foundation, preparation of foundation bills, establishment of an association, participation in company general assembly meetings.
