Lucy is a Chartered Legal Executive in the Residential Property Team at DKLM.
Lucy qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2009. Having joined DKLM in 2024, Lucy has dealt with many residential property transactions including sales and purchases of leasehold and freehold properties, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and voluntary lease extensions.
In her spare time Lucy enjoys cooking - trying out new recipes on family and friends , yoga and travelling - experiencing the sights and cultures across the UK and the world.
