Consultant Kiran qualified as a solicitor in 1984 and is a consultant following stepping down as a Partner early in 2023. He is an experienced and proactive solicitor and is regarded as a trusted advisor, specialising in the acquisition and sale of both residential and commercial property and developments, commercial leases and secured property finance.

PARTNER Mohi trained with a number of Local Government legal departments and completed part of his training with national firm Thompsons Solicitors. Mohi has been involved with property work since 2002 working in house and with legal 500 law firms.

Senior Partner Philip qualified as a solicitor in 1994 and is one of the four founding partners. He is devoted to his work and can be relied upon to “get the deal done”.

Partner Preena works as a Senior Associate Solicitor with the commercial and residential property team.

PARTNER Richard is a Partner and heads up the firm’s Corporate Commercial Department.

Seleena Nadkarni SENIOR ASSOCIATE Having graduated with a law degree from the University of Birmingham, Seleena trained at a City firm, qualifying in 2002.  She has subsequently worked in City firms (with enjoyable stints in Edinburgh and Enfield) and has been involved in a variety of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, lettings (acting for both landlords and occupiers), property management and secured lending. Seleena has worked for a range of clients – including pension funds, private investors, dental corporates, lenders, property developers, strategic land planners and occupiers from a range of industries and sectors – and is regarded as a “safe pair of hands” by colleagues and clients alike. In her spare time (when she’s not acting as “taxi-mum”), Seleena enjoys cooking, karaoke, quizzing and playing badminton (all with varying degrees of success).

PARTNER Sharon qualified as a solicitor in March 2006. Sharon joined DKLM in October 2011 and was promoted to a Partner in September 2016.

SOLICITOR Tiffany is a Solicitor in the Property team at DKLM.

SOLICITOR Vasantha joined the firm in October 2021 as a solicitor within the Bridging department. Vasantha qualified as a solicitor in January 2019 and has dealt with all aspects of residential property. Vasantha has over 3 years’ experience in bridging and has worked with a number of specialist lenders.
