She has been part of the firm since 2014 as a qualifiedlawyer specializing in contract law, business law, mergers & acquisitions,foreign investment, special license, mineral resources, construction projectsand labor law. She advises a diverse range of clients, including globalnon-governmental organizations, international tech companies, Mongolia-focusedprecious metals companies, listed on Hong Kong and Toronto Stock Exchanges anddomestic and multinational corporations in various industries in English.

Throughout her career, Mrs. Khulan has advised many domesticmining companies in their acquisitions of shares of companies, advised not onlyon the establishment and the operation of foreign-invested companies in variousindustries, but also on the dissolution of the companies. She also advises onday-to-day legal issues affecting the workplace, workforce reductions,employment contracts, labor-related issues involving foreign employees.

She is a member of Mongolian Bar Association and theInternational Bar Association. Also, she is a certified lawyer from theFinancial Regulatory Commission of Mongolia, qualified to advise securitymarket participants.
