Additionally, she holds a special license to practice intellectual property law from the Mongolian IP Office and has been working as an IP agent since 2019.

Nyamtseren Bataa is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of the firm, who is practicing law for 13 years. Before being elected to the management position at ELC, the predecessor firm in 2019, she was leading the corporate and consulting team at ELC. Her legal practice focus is corporate finance, project finance and M&A. In her management role, she oversees the overall firm management and is serving for the long-term strategy to make the firm one of the most respected firm in Mongolia. Nyamtseren is a Board member of the International Law Committee at the Mongolian Bar Association. She is also a member of the International Bar Association since 2017.
