About

The members at Pantheon Chambers practice in a diverse area of law and specialise in the following specific areas (in alphabetical order): Arbitration (both domestic and international; administered under the auspices of various arbitral institutions and ad-hoc), building management, commercial, contract, company, competition, construction, defamation, intellectual property, international trade, land and easements, matrimonial, mediation, mental health, personal and corporate insolvency, petty and serious crime, probate and estate administration, sale of goods, and trust and equity.

Members are regularly appointed as mediators and arbitrators, as well as in the Court of Final Appeal, various tribunals, panels, appeal tribunals, committees in practice areas of the Hong Kong Bar Association, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (East Asia Branch). They are frequently instructed to give advice on disputes and non-contentious matters such as transactions and pre and post listing matters involving companies listed on both the HKEX and NYSE.

Pantheon Chambers value the corporate social responsibility. Our members continually give back to the community in the form of pro bono work and its members have involved themselves and assisted non-profit organisations such as Pro Bono Hong Kong, the Duty Lawyer Service Free Legal Advice and the Bar Free Legal Service Scheme. We are also proud to be one of only two chambers in Hong Kong with Equal Opportunies & Diversity Policy and proud of our work on pro bono and public interest matters.
