Beth is a Consultant in the Employment Department specialising in employment litigation (Tribunal and High Court) and dispute resolution.

Her practice is divided evenly between corporates (including advising partnerships and LLPs) and senior executives. Most of her clients are based in the financial services (including PE and VC), art, retail and media sectors. She also acts for charities and not-for-profit organisations. Much of her work focuses on senior executive remuneration schemes and disputes.

Discrimination and gender equality are particular themes in Beth’s work, regularly representing senior women (including lawyers). Her key interests include equal pay, remuneration and agile working in the City.
