Danielle Cohen
Danielle Cohen has been an immigration and human rights lawyer since 1998, and established this firm in 2004. She specialises in all aspects of immigration, asylum, citizenship, and human rights law, successfully acting for businesses and individuals from all over the world. Danielle’s vision for her firm was to create a humane and personalised approach to client care and immigration – the firm operates in accordance with its motto “more humanity less formality” and is known for the understanding approach it takes to its clients. In 2022, she was elected to the Law Society Council representing the women’s lawyers’ seat, and in 2024 was elected to its Human Rights Committee.
Giorgia is a director and senior immigration solicitor at Danielle Cohen Immigration Law Solicitors Ltd. Her practice covers a wide range of immigration and asylum cases. She has particular expertise in complex family cases, both under the Immigration Rules and on the basis of human rights.  Post-Brexit, her expertise in European law and the EU Settlement Scheme has proven to be an asset. Giorgia excels in providing long-term immigration planning to her clients, from the first application through to naturalisation, and secures continuity of service and retention of clients to the firm.
Laura is a senior solicitor at Danielle Cohen Immigration Law Solicitors Ltd. She excels in business immigration for both individual and corporate clients. She also has specialist knowledge of family-based applications, including on partner, parent, and adult dependent relative routes, both under the Immigration Rules and outside of the Rules on human rights grounds.
Nina is a consultant solicitor at Danielle Cohen Immigration Law Solicitors Ltd. She  advises on all aspects of British nationality claims, including complex claims to citizenship for both children and adults born in the UK or abroad. She specialises in business immigration, particularly the skilled worker route, for businesses and individuals. Nina also has particular knowledge in complex family, private life, and asylum cases, as well as applications under the EU Settlement Scheme.
