As being a legal office, we apply the concept and values of diversity as broadly as possible, reaching into every part of our operations. From our office’s point of view, diversity is being open and flexible to a wide range of differences, such as old and new, change, contrast, innovation, and it enhances core values of our firm, such as equality, respect, discipline, synergy, and persistence.

While more than 50% of our team are women, we also are diverse in our different beliefs and ages. This helps us not only to respect and master the traditional, but also to harmonize and learn from the new.

Likewise, different backgrounds in the team’s employment, the variety of sectors among our clients, our hybrid working system, and our ability and eagerness to communicate with and learn from different cultures are basic parts of who we are as a law firm. So, diversity is a big part of our way of doing business.
