Messrs Calvin Khoo was established on 1st July 2020. Its principal, Calvin Khoo decided to embark on his own career by setting up this sole-proprietorship.

The firm seeks to provide diligent and efficient legal solutions to its clients. The work of the firm ranges from general civil litigation in areas such as corporate disputes, intellectual property matters, commercial disputes, construction disputes, banking related matters, defamation, and land law related matters, to corporate advisory and restructuring.
