• Representing EDMI Limited, in the disposal of its Indonesian subsidiaries, PT EDMI Indonesia and PT EDMI Manufacturing Indonesia.
• Representing HUTIX BV, in the acquisition of Vox Teneo a multinational company in digital solution and software creation business, on all legal aspects throughout the acquisition process, particularly the acquisition of the Indonesian subsidiary of Vox Teneo.
• Advising United Parcel Service (UPS), on various regulatory compliance matters including Anti-Trust, shipping & trade, customs, employment, data protection, and other various matters.
• Representing Argus Media Limited, on various general corporate and compliance matters in respect of its various portfolio companies in Indonesia.
• Representing 3D Investors (a Belgian private equity) and Jati & Kebon, in the acquisition of a manufacturer of outdoor furniture based in Semarang, Indonesia.
• Advising Grab and OVO Group Indonesia, in various general corporate and procurement matters.
• Advising Malaysia Airlines Group, in their proposed market entry to establish a super-app to enable the sales of holiday packages and other related services to Indonesian customers.
• Advising Edward Lifesciences (“Edwards”), on general corporate and compliance matters.

Labour & Employment

• Advising HCLTech, on various employment matters such as the implementation of the company’s global policy, employment matters, and personal data protection.
• Advising Zee Group, on employment compliance matters including remuneration and benefits of its employees in Indonesia.
• Advising Filtrona, the only global provider of filter solutions (including for cigarettes products), on various employment matters in connection with overseas secondment arrangements.
• Advising International Animal Rescue, an international non-profit organization on animal protection and conservation, headquartered in the United Kingdom on employment relation matters for the organization’s operational foundation in Indonesia (Yayasan IAR Indonesia).
• Advising Mott MacDonald, on general labour and employment matters in respect to its employees in Indonesia.

IT, Telecom, and Fintech

• Advising SEGA Holdings Co., Ltd. (“SEGA”), on licensing arrangements of its mobile game products to an operator in Indonesia.
• Advising Comms Group Limited, on telecommunication licensing aspects for its proposed launch of telecommunication services in Indonesia.
• Advising Antalpha Technologies Holdings Limited (BVI) (“Antalpha”), a provider of digital asset platforms in various regulatory and licensing matters in connection with its market entry in Indonesia.
• Advising GEODIS Group, in respect of its tech-enable logistic services.
• Advising ASICS, on various data privacy and licensing requirements for the provision of its mobile app in Indonesia.
• Representing International Basketball Federation (“FIBA”), in the Rights Protection Program for the 2023 FIBA Basketball World Cup that was partially hosted in Jakarta, Indonesia.
• Advising Dorna Sports, the license holder of MotoGP on commercial litigation matters against one of its license holder in Indonesia.
• Advising Weshare Group on various aspects of its Peer-to-Peer lending business in Indonesia.

Shipping & Logistics

• Representing Xiamen Xiangyu Group, in the purchase of a bulk carrier of heavy cargo vessel.
• Advising UPS, on various compliance and regulatory matters in connection with its logistics operation in Indonesia.
• Advising Total Movements, an Indian logistic provider in regulatory aspects of the operation of foreign logistic operators in Indonesia.
