Andhitta Audria Putri (Audria) is an Indonesian qualified lawyer and an experienced legal professional focusing her practice on TMT (Telecommunication, Technology and Media), mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate practices. Audria has an extensive experience in various legal works of providing regulatory and compliance advisory, advising clients in personal data protection compliance, also representing and advising clients in M&A transactions.

Audria has acted for various clients of major technology companies, venture capital firms, earlyto-late-stage start-ups, Indonesian and Southeast Asian unicorns, telecommunication companies, payment system providers, also fintech and multinational companies in various sectors.

Prior to her current role, she worked as an associate at Christian Teo & Partners, an associated firm of Stephenson Harwood.

Audria has a Bachelor of Law degree from Universitas Pelita Harapan, Indonesia (UPH). Before studying at UPH, she studied at the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London, majoring in Southeast Asian Studies. She also completed a foundation course in University College London.

Audria, together with the NLP team, are a regular contributor on Mondaq, and they have published legal updates and commentaries on various issues related to Indonesian law. They have been awarded as the most read contributors of all Indonesian legal resources publishing their articles on this global platform.

She is recognized as one of Indonesia’s Future Legal Leaders by Asia Business Law Journal (ABLJ) in 2022, which has identified the 50 up-and-coming lawyers in Indonesia according to an extensive survey by the in-house counsels and Indonesia-focused partners at international law firms.
