Trainee Associate

Albert obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Pelita Harapan in 2022

During his time at the University of Pelita Harapan, Albert was an active participant in the University’s International Mooting Court Community, having participated in the International Humanitarian Law Mooting Competition for the years of 2019 and 2020, before actively assisting future teams as an internal coach. Since then, Albert continues to be a part of the University’s activities as an external referral for the Legal Faculty’s competitions as a consultant or a judge.

Upon finishing his thesis and graduating, Albert worked as a Trainee Associate in AGA Law Firm, a boutique-scale law firm that specialized in foreign investments, cross-border disputes, and litigation. During his 2 (two) years at AGA, he has provided extensive support in legal research, counterparty negotiations, as well as litigation proceedings for a variety of cases and client matters. Albert has assisted in matters ranging from workers’ rights to unpaid wages and investment in hydroelectric infrastructure, to shipping insurance disputes and criminal defense for embezzlement.
