Manuel is a founding partner at García Barragán Abogados and works in the Corporate, Banking and Financial Law, Litigation and Arbitration departments.

 Manuel has more than 60 years of professional experience. His practice focuses on corporate, banking, financial law, trusts, foreign investment, corporate restructuring, bankruptcies, and litigation and arbitration. In his daily practice, Manuel is the negotiation and preparation of contracts of various kinds both to take effect exclusively nationally and internationally. He has acted as an expert in Mexican Law in trials followed in courts of some states of the United States of America.
