Position

A member of the Paris Bar, Aloïs is a highly-regarded practitioner of white-collar crime, in which he boasts an experience of over thirteen years. He also assist his clients in internal investigations.

He offers cutting-edge expertise in :

  • corruption and other probity violations (influence peddling, illegal interest-taking, etc.);
  • criminal labour law (involuntary manslaughter, unintentional injury, safety and environmental offences, and harassment);
  • economic criminal law (fraud, misuse of corporate assets, money laundering, tax fraud, customs violations, etc.);​ and
  • criminal public health issues (care, drugs and health products).

He is regularly mandated to act in complex disputes, requiring the coordination of civil and commercial disputes in parallel with criminal proceedings.

Aloïs’ experience spans a wide variety of sectors, including construction, transport, aeronautics, pharmaceuticals and sports.  

Prior to founding TALMA in 2022, Aloïs worked with some of the most highly-regarded white-collar crime practitioners in France, including the former President of the Paris Bar, Pierre-Olivier Sur.

He is a graduate of the EDHEC Business School and the Université Paris-Saclay.
