Alexandre Reynaud
Alexandre Reynaud
Alexandre has been practicing international arbitration for some fifteen years and is regarded as one of its rising stars.​ He advises and represents foreign companies, investors, governments and public entities in ad hoc and institutional proceedings in a wide range of industries, including aerospace, defence, energy, hospitality and construction. ​ He has acted in arbitrations under the aegis of major arbitral institutions, such as the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), the OHADA Common Court of Arbitration (CCJA) and the Paris Mediation and Arbitration Centre (CMAP). He also regularly sits as arbitrator in international commercial arbitrations. ​ On the back of a strong academic background in private international law, Alexandre has developed in-depth expertise in proceedings related to the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitration awards against private individuals and foreign States in France, especially in matters involving issues of State immunity (Loi Sapin II) and international notification.​ Alexandre also boasts a wealth of experience in other arbitration-related litigation proceedings, including matters relating to the appointment and challenge of arbitrators, the review and setting aside of arbitral awards and proceedings brought by third parties to a contract.​ Furthermore, Alexandre is regularly mandated to act in complex commercial and corporate governance disputes, both in France and in foreign jurisdictions.
Aloïs Blin
Aloïs Blin
A member of the Paris Bar, Aloïs is a highly-regarded practitioner of white-collar crime, in which he boasts an experience of over thirteen years. He also assist his clients in internal investigations. ​ He offers cutting-edge expertise in :​ corruption and other probity violations (influence peddling, illegal interest-taking, etc.);​ criminal labour law (involuntary manslaughter, unintentional injury, safety and environmental offences, and harassment);​ economic criminal law (fraud, misuse of corporate assets, money laundering, tax fraud, customs violations, etc.);​ and criminal public health issues (care, drugs and health products).​ He is regularly mandated to act in complex disputes, requiring the coordination of civil and commercial disputes in parallel with criminal proceedings.​ Aloïs’ experience spans a wide variety of sectors, including construction, transport, aeronautics, pharmaceuticals and sports.  ​ Prior to founding TALMA in 2022, Aloïs worked with some of the most highly-regarded white-collar crime practitioners in France, including the former President of the Paris Bar, Pierre-Olivier Sur. He is a graduate of the EDHEC Business School and the Université Paris-Saclay.
Amélie Templin
Amélie Templin
A member of the Paris Bar, Amélie’s practice focuses on international arbitration and white-collar crime.​ In international arbitration, she acts as counsel in international commercial arbitration proceedings.​ As regards white-collar crime, she defends the firm’s clients in matters of probity violations and corruption.​ She has particular experience handling disputes in the aerospace and luxury goods sectors.​ Prior to joining our firm, Amélie worked at leading French and international business law firms in Paris.​ Amélie is a graduate of the Institut d’Études Politiques de Paris (Sciences Po) and the Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas. ​ She also studied at the Free University of Berlin.
Emma Villard
Emma Villard
A member of the Paris Bar, Emma’s practice focuses on international arbitration and business litigation. ​ She acts as counsel in international commercial arbitration, investment arbitration and arbitration-related litigation.​ As regards business litigation, she focuses on shareholders’ disputes.​ She has extensive experience advising on disputes in the energy, construction and hospitality sectors.​ Prior to joining our firm, Emma worked in French and international business law firms in Paris, Geneva and Hong Kong.​ Emma holds a Master’s degree in International Dispute Resolution (MIDS) from the Geneva Center for International Dispute Settlement, as well as degrees from the Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and the City University of Hong-Kong. ​ She also holds a double degree in French-English law from the University of Leicester (UK) and Strasbourg’s Faculty of Law, Political Science and Management.​
Florian Renaux

A member of the Paris Bar, Florian’s practice focuses on international arbitration, and  commercial and corporate governance disputes.​ In arbitration, Florian has acted as counsel in numerous commercial and investment arbitration proceedings, both ad hoc and governed by the rules of the main arbitral institutions. He has developed specific expertise in investor-State dispute resolution and, more generally, in cross-border disputes raising issues of private and public international law.​ Florian also acts before French courts in proceedings relating to the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgements and arbitral awards in France, as well as in civil, commercial and  criminal matters.​ He has a strong background in disputes related to the aerospace, energy and high-tech sectors.​ Prior to joining our firm, Florian practiced with leading international business law firms and international organisations in Paris and Geneva.​ He is a graduate of the Institut de Hautes Études Internationales et du Développement de Genève (IHEID), and of the Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. ​ He also spent a semester as an exchange student at the Boston University LL.M. program.
Marina Matousekova
Marina Matousekova
A member of the Paris and the New York Bars, Marina boasts twenty years’ experience and a recognized expertise in international arbitration and international commercial and corporate governance disputes.​ She represents French and international businesses, and public entities, in ad hoc and institutional arbitration proceedings. She has acted in proceedings under the rules of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), the Camera Arbitrale di Milano (CAM), and the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID). She also regularly sits as arbitrator in international commercial arbitrations, including as chair and sole arbitrator. Marina is a specialist of disputes with a nexus to Italy. In support of her international arbitration practice, Marina also acts in arbitration-related proceedings regarding the recognition and the enforcement and setting aside of arbitral awards. In addition, she acts in complex cross-border commercial disputes involving issues of private international and public international law.​ She brings a wealth of experience in disputes affecting economic operators in the energy, construction and aeronautics sectors, as well as in investment and shareholders’ disputes.​ Prior to founding our firm, Marina headed the international arbitration and litigation department of the Franco-Italian law firm Castaldi Partners from 2019 to 2022. She also practiced with Shearman & Sterling LLP’s international arbitration team in Paris and Milan between 2011 and 2018, and with Castaldi Mourre & Partners from 2005 to 2010.​ Marina is deeply involved in the international arbitration community. She served as the Co-Chair of ArbIt, the Italian arbitration and ADR forum, between 2022 and 2023. She is the Treasurer of the International Arbitration Academy, a non-profit association founded by Professor Emmanuel Gaillard that offers students from all over the world courses and lectures given by internationally renowned teachers each summer. She is a regular speaker at international arbitration conferences and symposia.​ Marina also holds a number of academic positions. She teaches international arbitration at the Université Paris Cité and at the Paris Bar School. She is a member of the Editorial Board of the Revue de Droit des Affaires Internationales.​ Marina is a graduate of the Université Paris XI and holds an LL.M. from Northwestern University School of Chicago.​
Martin Pradel
Martin Pradel
A member of the Paris Bar, Martin has been a lawyer for over twenty years. He boasts a strong and recognized expertise in white-collar crime, internal investigations, business and human rights disputes, and international criminal litigation. He is well-versed in cases involving corruption, money laundering, terrorist financing and international sanctions. He has represented French and foreign companies, senior executives and political figures, in some of the most complex and sensitive cases with high reputational stakes in the French market.​ Martin also has extensive experience in the recognition and enforcement of foreign court judgments in France, whether these relate to commercial, civil or criminal matters. As regards civil and commercial cases, he is regularly mandated to defend against bank account or real estate seizures. As regards criminal proceedings, he often acts in the defence against extradition requests and assets forfeitures.​ Furthermore, Martin offers a wealth of experience in commercial and corporate governance disputes. He assists businesses of all sizes in the resolution of their disputes, whether these concern relations between partners or shareholders, or contractual and commercial disputes. He has a rare and strong sector-specific expertise in inter-lawyer disputes, particularly concerning group practice issues.​ He acts before French and foreign courts, including in French-speaking Africa, where he has built up strong and lasting professional relationships with the legal and judicial community.​ Prior to founding our firm in 2022, Martin was a partner at a leading international dispute resolution boutique firm and practiced criminal labour law with a leading player in the field in France for several years.​ Martin is regarded as a leading practitioner by his peers. He was elected as a member of the Conseil de l’Ordre du Barreau de Paris (The Paris Law Society) between 2018 and 2020. He is currently the Chairman of the Conseil National des Barreaux’s Legal Practice Commission. In addition, for many years, he has held managerial positions in leading lawyers’ associations and is currently serving as the Managing Director of the International Association of Lawyers - Institute for the Rule of Law (UIA-IROL).​ An outstanding litigator, Martin was admitted to the Concours de la Conférence (the most prestigious criminal law mooting competition in France), which, each year, selects twelve lawyers to provide emergency criminal defence in particularly sensitive cases, as well as represent the young Paris Bar in France and abroad. ​ Having been involved in some of the most sensitive cases of the last fifteen years in France, he has been listed since 2017 in GQ magazine’s ranking as one of the 30 most powerful lawyers in France. 
Sabrina Delattre
Sabrina Delattre
A member of the Paris Bar, Sabrina’s practice focuses on business litigation and criminal law.​ Sabrina was for several years a research and teaching assistant at the University Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, which were completed by a phD in comparative criminal law on the subject of preventive sentencing.​ She then pursued her career as an associate lawyer at a French law firm as from 2018 and acquired a solid experience in pleading before French civil, commercial and criminal courts.​ She holds of a Master 2 degree in criminal law and criminal politics and a phD (doctorate in law).​ She is also an editorial secretary of the Revue de science criminelle et de droit pénal comparé and a member of the Association de recherches pénales européennes.
Stella Alessandrini
Stella Alessandrini
A member of the Paris Bar, Stella’s practice focuses on criminal law, in particular white-collar crime and business litigation. ​ She has significant experience with shareholders’ disputes involving white-collar crime and emergency court procedures regarding the collection of evidence (art. 145 CPC).​ Prior to joining our firm, she trained with several leading US, British and French law firms, and practiced as an associate in the litigation team of a leading French law firm. ​ Stella is a graduate of Paris II Panthéon-Assas University (Master in International Business Law), Rennes University (Magister of Franco-British lawyer) and the University of Exeter (LL.M. International Commercial Law).​ In 2022, she won the Albert Joly award for the best public speaker at the Versailles Bar School (HEDAC) as well as the Young European Lawyers Contest.
Zeynep Sakallioglu
Zeynep Sakallioglu
Zeynep's practice is cross-disciplinary and varied. ​ She assists with international arbitration, white-collar crime, commercial and corporate governance disputes, and enforcement proceedings.​ She draws on sector experience in energy, luxury goods and aeronautics.​ Prior to joining our firm, Zeynep practised business litigation at several law firms in Istanbul and Paris.​ A graduate of the Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and the Université Paris-Saclay, she has a strong academic background in business law.​ She also holds an LL.M. in Anglo-American business law from Université Paris V-Descartes.
