Emma Villard

Position

A member of the Paris Bar, Emma’s practice focuses on international arbitration and business litigation.

She acts as counsel in international commercial arbitration, investment arbitration and arbitration-related litigation.

As regards business litigation, she focuses on shareholders’ disputes.

She has extensive experience advising on disputes in the energy, construction and hospitality sectors.

Prior to joining our firm, Emma worked in French and international business law firms in Paris, Geneva and Hong Kong.

Emma holds a Master’s degree in International Dispute Resolution (MIDS) from the Geneva Center for International Dispute Settlement, as well as degrees from the Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and the City University of Hong-Kong. 

She also holds a double degree in French-English law from the University of Leicester (UK) and Strasbourg’s Faculty of Law, Political Science and Management.
