Laith Al Rahbi is an Omani lawyer qualified by the Ministry of Justice and Legal Affairs. He has practiced law since 2020 after graduating from Sultan Qaboos University. Following the graduation, he started his master at SQU where he focused Private Law.

Laith was trained leading local firm that deals with criminal, commercial, civil and commercial laws/. Laith’s strength is mostly focused on determining the courts’ procedures and highlighting the relevant precedents.

At ALC, Laith’s primary responsibility consisted of dealing with individuals and companies who had appointed the firm in representing them in local disputes before the Omani Courts. He is responsible for case preparations, drafting memos, and handling the major commencements in the disputes such as, but not limited to, meeting with clients, drafting memos, attending hearings, and updating clients on their cases. Laith has previously defended major finance companies during which time he advised on commercial cases.
