Career

Ola Al Shekaili has been practicing law in Oman for over 3 years and is licensed by the Ministry of Justice and Legal Affairs to appear before the Primary Courts in Oman.

Ola Al Shekaili holds a bachelor’s degree in science in Commercial Law from the Modern College of Business and Science affiliated with Franklin University (MCBS). With a specialization in corporate law, and a wide range of expertise in areas such as corporate governance, intellectual property, contract law, alternative dispute resolution (ADR), and cyber law.

Ola's experience includes working at a well-known international law firm in Oman, where she handled various responsibilities in both the litigation and corporate departments. In the corporate department, Ola successfully managed trademark registrations, provided guidance on corporate governance matters, and organized Annual General Meetings (AGMs) for several SAOCs and LLCs. In the litigation department, she excelled in case preparations, drafting memos, meeting with clients, representing clients in court hearings, participating in expert meetings and investigations with the public prosecution. Etc.

Additionally, Ola has gained valuable experience in the field of arbitration, having worked as a representative for prestigious clients in arbitration cases. Her expertise includes attending arbitration sessions and drafting necessary documents to support her clients' cases.
