Tony is a specialist property, real estate and construction lawyer. He acts for both corporates and high net worth private clients on the acquisition, development, leasing, management and disposition of major commercial projects. He has extensive experience in all types of leasing (commercial, retail and industrial), property joint ventures, subdivisions and infrastructure and mining projects. Tony has acted for numerous foreign investors who have purchased, developed or invested in real estate in New Zealand. He also has an interest in the marine industry having acted for foreign purchasers on the construction and acquisition of super yachts in New Zealand.
