Nick is an experienced corporate partner with a focus on providing timely and strategic advice that delivers from a legal and commercial perspective.  He advises clients on a range of corporate/commercial matters with a particular interest in mergers and acquisitions, shareholder and joint venture arrangements, financing, and commercial contracts.

His recent transactions include:

Advising Healthcare Group NZ Limited on the sale of all of the shares in Horizon Radiology to ASX listed Integral Diagnostics Advising the shareholders of Kahu Veterinary Equipment Limited on the sale of all the shares to Stockholm listed Vimian Group Advising TDDA on the sale of its business to interests associated with Healthcare Holdings Limited and related joint venture arrangements

Nick is a ‘retired’ semi-pro cyclist and a keen golfer. He has four young daughters who keep him on his toes.
