Ariane OLIVE
Partner lawyer Paris court barrister – founding partner of Spark Avocats. She’s crazy about deals! Acquisitions, transfers, raising capital, restructuring Ariane handles equity operations on a daily basis, but also partnering or disengagement issues, for which she has developed a “Spark method” based on coaching and mediation. Sonia is passionate about the legal field, whilst seeking to adapt it to individuals’ specific needs (with a “pragmatic” approach). A collaborator in our business law department, she joined SPARK where she completed her final internship as part of her training at the Paris lawyers’ school.
