Position

Aoife is a senior lawyer specialising in employment law who draws on top-tier and in-house experience to provide pragmatic and strategic legal advice to clients.

As a trusted advisor to national and international boards and leadership teams, Aoife regularly advises on a range of contentions and non-contentious matters, including workplace investigations, cross border mergers, disciplinary processes, employment and safety aspects in M&A, contract negotiations, legislative obligations, individual/collective redundancies and corporate immigration. Her approach is to work closely with clients to achieve tailored, practical and commercial solutions.
