Director, Corporate M&A and Structuring

Gráinne is a Director within our Corporate, M&A and Structuring team with 15 years’ experience advising on both transactional work (corporate structures, reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions) and technical company law advisory work. Gráinne has advised many domestic and international clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including corporate transformations projects, legal entity rationalisation projects, devising and implementation of complex corporate structures and compliance with all technical aspects of the Irish Companies Act 2014. Gráinne’s experience of company law advisory and transactional matters, paired with her technical expertise, allows her identify company law issues early in a transaction allowing for pragmatic solutions to be provided to clients.

Before joining EY Law Ireland, Gráinne was a corporate lawyer at one of Ireland’s leading tier 1 corporate law firms in Dublin, having returned from London where she worked as a corporate lawyer for six years.

Gráinne has a Bachelor of Business and Legal Studies degree (BBLS Hons.) from University College Dublin and is a qualified solicitor in Ireland (2010) and England & Wales (2010).
