Daniel Wise is the Founder of Osborne & Wise.

Having qualified in 2000 Daniel worked at Speechly Bircham before taking partnership at the international law firm K&L Gates in 2008. Prior to founding Osborne & Wise he was also an equity partner at Fladgate.

Daniel's client base comprises medium to large companies in a variety of different market sectors and he advises across  a range of different employment law issues.  He also acts as a trusted advisor to a number of senior executives and entrepreneurs.

Daniel aims to simplify complex problems and guide clients through what are often stressful processes.  Daniel also has a focus on corporate training with the aim of increasing corporate awareness of employment law issues and reducing the risk of future liability.

Daniel is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and writes regularly for publications including the Times newspaper. He also sits on the Board of Directors for the international charity Theodora Children’s Trust.

Daniel is dual qualified as both a barrister and solicitor and obtained a 2.1 LLB Hons degree from Kings College, London.

Daniel is a father to two young boys and loves spending time with family and friends.

Daniel enjoys wild swimming in ponds and lakes all year round! He is also a keen cyclist and musician.
