As an accomplished litigator, she advises both high net worth individuals and businesses across all market sectors to help resolve complex and multi-dimensional disputes. Kaajal regularly achieves exceptional settlements and notable victories for both employers and employees. She has a focus on C-Suite executives in the Financial sector of the square mile.

Kaajal was previously a Partner and Head of Employment at Curwens LLP and brings with her a wealth of experience having also practiced in the City at firms including Bolt Burdon and RadcliffesLeBrasseur for several years.

Kaajal is also experienced in drafting bespoke employment contracts, policies and procedures for businesses as well as providing guidance for employers and employees (executives/directors) through complex and sensitive disciplinary and grievance situations.

With the ever-changing landscape of Employment Legislation, more so of late, Kaajal is often asked to provide commentary for the BBC on television and radio on the practical implications of legislative change.

As a working mother she strives to highlight the challenges that working parents face, from flexibility to progression in their career. In her spare time, when her children allow it, Kaajal has developed a passion for running. Her loves are fashion and food - who's aren't?
