Vladimír Jakubička

Mgr. Jakubička is valued by clients for his big picture thinking while having an eye for detail when handling their matters. He oversees the Arbitration and Litigation, IT/IP and Competition teams. As a strategic thinker, he can appreciate the position of the opposing party. Implementing potential counter-arguments into a solution to address clients’ needs enables him to see other, less traditional solutions to disputes, both current and future.

Tomáš Luščoň

Mgr. Luščoň advises on a wide array of legal areas and draws on a lot of experience from working as an assistant to an MP, a lawyer for Association Promoting Local Democracy, and as an attorney. His matter-of-fact approach is highly regarded by clients. Mgr. Luščoň oversees our real estate team and specialises in transactions and project management in several market areas, labour, tax, transport, and litigation or potential litigation clients may face.

In addition to being a legal practitioner, Mgr. Schweizer is a Managing Partner at G. Lehnert. Lucie Schweizer

JUDr. Schweizer is a legal practitioner with many years of experience and extensive knowledge of project implementation and transactional work. In addition to practising law, at G. Lehnert she is responsible for the project and product design with high added value. She is also an experienced lecturer and authored many legal research papers and publications. She has a penchant for Compliance a Corporate Governance (as one of four Compliance practitioners on the list of 100 most notable lawyers of former Czechoslovakia) and is equally skilled to advise on other types of transactional businesses. JUDr. Schweizer is an excellent brainstormer, offering new perspectives and views to find the best client-oriented solutions. This makes her the ideal person to head our Compliance and Strategies teams. JUDr. Schweizer is highly ranked by Legal500, Chamber and partners and IFLR and is in charge of international cooperation at G. Lehnert.

Mgr. Smaho started his career in law with G. Lehnert. He joined our ranks in 1998 and become a partner in 2021. He is the head of the corporate team and specialises in the law of corporations, securities, M&A, and other types of corporate action. His clients value him for his detail-oriented and strategic thinking and they know they can trust him to handle their corporate matters and transactions efficiently and reliably.

Jana Tögelová

As a strictly analytical thinker, Mgr. Tögelová is logical and straightforward, with great argumentation skills. The type of lawyer that will fight for you when you least expect it and once you work with her, you will never want anyone else to represent you. She specialises in transactional advice and M&A, real estate, energy, and construction law.
