Career

Her practice focuses on corporate law, digital law, private equity, international trade law, banking and finance law, as well as arbitration, real estate law, land law and PPPs.

Experiences

Djouleihatou has worked at the Centre Permanent d'Arbitrage et de Médiation (CPAM) where she was in charge of supervising ongoing arbitration proceedings, ensuring communication between the parties, arbitrators and potential experts, authenticating arbitration awards, preparing unsolicited bids or bids in response to calls for tenders, and drafting consultations and study reports.

She also worked for the law firm Awal'l Bakary where she was in charge of the preparation of pleading files, the management of legal formalities and recovery actions, restructuring strategies and business recovery. She was involved in an international franchise operation where she was in charge of drafting the franchise agreement and negotiation.

Memberships

Member of the OHADA Club of UCAC. She is a leader of the Scouts of Cameroon, a movement dedicated to the education and training of youth.

Djouleihatou holds a Master II and I in Business Law with a major in Litigation and Arbitration from the Catholic University of Central Africa (UCAC) obtained with honours as well as a Bachelor's degree in Legal and Political Sciences.
