Lawyer

She is involved in corporate law, public procurement law, and is in charge of the legal monitoring of the firm and its clients.

Experience 

Vanessa worked as a lawyer for LACOCHIM where she was in charge of the administrative management (legal secretariat...) and social management of the personnel, the protection of the company's interests on the commercial and social levels (negotiation, drafting and follow-up of distribution, commercial and employment contracts... interface with lawyers, bailiffs...). Its role was also to ensure the proper application of the law and regulations. She was involved in the company's decision-making processes, project management and management.

She then participated in the structuring of the Professional Chamber of Technical Experts of Cameroon (CPET) where she notably contributed to the cleaning of the texts governing the CPET, elaborated the Charter of the technical expert and participated ardently in the valorization of the profession.

She then joined the team of the logistics department of the Cameroonian Construction Company of the Nachtigal Dam (CCN) to effectively respond to operational and legal issues, before joining the team of NYA & Co.

Vanessa is a member of the OHADA club at IRIC.

Vanessa holds a Master II in International Litigation from the Institute of International Relations of Cameroon. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Legal and Political Sciences from the University of Dschang.

In addition, she participates in youth awareness campaigns on risky behaviours and STI/AIDS prevention as a peer educator supervisor for the association "Réseau des Jeunes".
