He operates in commercial law, corporate law, enforcement and debt recovery in accordance with OHADA law, labor law, administrative law, land and real estate law, family law, succession law, criminal law and criminal procedure and business criminal law.

Experiences

After his university studies, Hyacinthe joined the law firm PAYERE & Co. where he worked as a Jurist applying for the profession of Lawyer and was in charge of the follow-up of litigation procedures in civil, administrative and criminal matters. He was also in charge of consulting clients and assisting them with administrative drafting and contracts.

He then joined a company in the cocoa-coffee import-export sector where he worked for four years in the Legal, Human Resources and Insurance Department. While there, he was mainly in charge of the follow-up of all the company's litigation, the follow-up of the legal procedures in progress with the support of the company's external lawyers, the drafting and the follow-up of the execution of the contracts, the administrative drafting, the follow-up of the relations between the company and the administrations, the administrative management of the car fleet, the management of the claims and the assistance of the Human Resources Manager.

In 2021, Hyacinthe was admitted to the Rwandan Bar Association as a Lawyer. He then started his professional career at MLC Law Firm based in Kigali, Rwanda, where he was in charge of the litigation pool for almost two years. He developed his skills in the field of legal advice in several legal matters and practiced in litigation, both in assistance and representation of clients before judicial and administrative instances.

Hyacinthe is a member of the Rwanda Bar Association. He is also co-founder of CAMEALS, an association aiming at gathering Cameroonian Lawyers members of the East African Bars.
