Part of Oglindă & Partners` team since 2017, Corneliu Șerban is a member of the Real Estate, as well as the Corporate and M&A department.

With over 20 years of experience as a lawyer specialised in Romanian Civil Law, Corneliu has been involved in numerous and complex real estate projects, providing legal assistance and representation in front of Romanian courts.

His genuine expertise and deep thinking made Corneliu a key member of interdisciplinary teams tailored by Oglinda & Partners to deal with complicated cases, mostly related to M&A due diligence process.
