Oglinda&Partners obtains full admission of client's claims in a VIAC international arbitration against one of the biggest energy companies in Romania

Oglinda&Partners successfully represented a former member of the Board of Directors of one of the biggest Romanian energy companies claiming damages and accessories for the unjustified termination of the contract.

The team formed of Mihai Ionescu-Balea (Senior Associate) and Tasiana Timofticiuc (Senior Associate), led by Eugen Sarbu (Partner), proved that the client had duly fulfilled its contractual obligations and the efficient administration of evidence conducted by our lawyers proved there was no fault on the part of the client.

In addition to the compensation for the unjustified termination of the contract, O&P ensured an adjustment to the inflation rate of all sums granted, covering the monetary depreciation, based on the full reparation principle and also delay penalties.
