Associate

Mike Montaña has been an Associate at Roldán Uribe & Álvarez Abogados since 2022. He has over 5 years of professional experience in national and international litigation and arbitration related to infrastructure projects under PPP schemes, energy sector projects, public works contracts, corporate and business disputes, among others.

He is a lawyer from Universidad Libre de Colombia, where he also served as a teaching assistant in the Procedural Law Department for over three years, teaching courses such as General Procedural Law and Evidence Law.

He holds a specialization in Commercial Law and a Master's degree in Private Law from Universidad de los Andes, where he was awarded the Eduardo Álvarez Correa Excellence Scholarship.

He is a full member of the Colombian Institute of Procedural Law, a member of the Youth Arbitration Network, and part of the ANCLA Research Group at the Arbitration and Conciliation Center of the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce.

He is an active speaker on various topics related to procedural law, evidence law, and national and international arbitration. He is also the author of several publications:
