Corporate and M&A + Dispute Resolution

Saad Shuaib Wyne leads the Anti-Dumping, Countervailing and Trade Remedy Department of the Firm, and co-heads the Corporate & M&A Department and the Dispute Resolution Department. Saad operates from the Islamabad offices of the Firm .

Mr. Wyne is a well reputed and widely recognized practitioner of Trade Remedy Laws in Pakistan and has represented local (importers) as well as international clients (exporters) in trade remedy actions initiated against them, before the National Tariff Commission, the Anti-Dumping Appellate Tribunal, the High Courts, and the Supreme Court of Pakistan. He has also represented clients in matters pertaining to Customs and Taxation before various High Courts in Pakistan and has also represented clients before the Customs Authorities and the Customs Appellate Tribunal. Mr. Wyne also represents clients before various labour dispute forums and also practices on the Constitutional side of the law at the High Courts and the Supreme Court of Pakistan.

Mr. Wyne also undertakes representation in Alternate Dispute Resolution and has been regularly representing clients in commercial arbitrations arising out of contractual disputes. Mr. Wyne has been a part of various proceedings which have culminated in landmark reported judgments.

Mr. Wyne holds a BBA (Hons.) from the National University of Science and Technology, Pakistan and acquired a degree of LLB (Hons.) from the Buckingham University, UK. He is a Barrister of the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn and was called to the Bar of England & Wales in 2010 and is an advocate of the Supreme Court of Pakistan.
