Christina Neugebauer is a leading practitioner, and her more than 35 years of experience spans numerous litigations in all levels of courts, including 85+ Danish Supreme Court cases, and mediations both as counsel and as a certified mediator.

Christina is highly sought-after by household name clients in the Danish and international insurance industry. She is frequently instructed in matters regarding the defence of liability and coverage issues, including general liability, professional liability, employer's liability, third-party motor liability, matters within the life and pension area, workers' compensation, and matters involving fraud.

Christina is associated with the Danish Insurance Academy as a lecturer on several subjects, including GDPR, limitation periods, and the calculation of personal injury claim. She is also associated with Association of Danish Law Firms and Djøf (a Trade Union representing  Lawyers and Economics) as a lecturer on insurance law related subjects. Furthermore, she regularly organises and teaches courses for Danish and international insurance companies.

Christina is one of the fim’s founding and name partners. Previous, for two decades, she was a partner of Lett & Co (now: DLA Piper Denmark) as well as a partner of Kromann Reumert, where she headed the dispute resolution team.

Christina is the author and co-author of the Personal Injury Handbook (Personskadehåndbogen) I, II and III. The books cover how to handle personal injury cases and form the syllabus for courses at the Danish Insurance Academy.
