Jeanette advises clients on complex disputes either as coverage, defence, or monitoring counsel across a broad range of business lines, including financial and professional lines (E&O, architects, engineers, attorneys, real estate agents, accountants, and good business practice) and property insurance (CAR contractors’ all risk, building damage, and change of ownership).

Jeanette also advises clients on insurance regulatory matters, primarily in relation to policy wordings.
