Arnaud Constans
Arnaud Constans is a commercial litigation and arbitration lawyer. He assists companies of all sizes in disputes with business partners (customers, service providers, suppliers, associates) or competitors. He often assists clients faced with fraud (social engineering, such as Chairman's fraud) or commercial disputes concerning compliance and corruption. The disputes he handles often have an international dimension. Arnaud Constans adopts a pragmatic approach, working out solutions with his clients. These solutions do not necessarily involve litigation, and may involve amicable resolution that integrates strategic and commercial dimensions. He assists clients before the courts (judicial tribunals, courts of appeal and arbitration tribunals), as well as with enforcement issues, whether this involves taking preventive measures to avoid an adversary's insolvency, or enforcing a court decision. He has an extensive practice in sports law. Arnaud Constans regularly publishes articles in business law journals.

Laura Terdjman
Laura has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2011. Before founding Solacy Avocats , Laura worked for the Litigation and Arbitration Group of Clifford Chance, as an Associate and then as Counsel, for more than ten years. Laura Terdjman advises and represents companies in both pre-litigation and litigation before the civil and commercial courts, as well as in arbitration. She also assists her clients in the drafting and the negotiation of their strategic contracts. Her main areas of practice are contractual and tort liability, corporate law, general commercial law (including sales law, abusive and/or abrupt termination of commercial relationships, unfair competition and misleading advertising), restrictive competition practices (in particular in the context of DGCCRF investigations), distribution law (franchising, commercial agents), banking and finance law and enforcement. She is involved in various sectors : retail, telecommunication, aviation, sports, real estate development and automotive industries. Laura has been teaching corporate litigation to students of the Master 2 International Business Law of Paris II Panthéon-Assas since 2015. In addition, as a member of the Commission of the Club of Juristes, she contributed to the drafting report, “Judicial control of the price: which tools for the judge?” published in October of 2021.
