Zakat and Tax:

We provide legal consultations on tax-related matters in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. From corporate income tax to VAT, excise duty, and the real estate transaction tax, We have a wealth of experience and a working knowledge of tax-related matters in KSA, as our managing partner was previously the Supervisor of the Policies and Legislations Department at the Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority (ZATCA) and the Head of Tax Treaties. Our team is also experienced in representing clients before the ZATCA and the General Secretariat for Tax Committees (GSTC).

We have a proven history of success in such cases before criminal courts and corruption circuits and in convincing the public prosecution to initiate state criminal cases against subjects in many complex cases.

Relevant Experience:

  1. Handled the investigation and represented an international company in a complex fraud of 23 million SAR committed by the accounting department.
  2. Handled the investigation and represented an F&B company in a complex fraud of 5 million SAR committed by the sales department.
  3. Handled the investigation and represented a construction company in a forgery crime committed by its head of HR.

Foreign Investment:

Our team specializes in establishing foreign companies and their projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We have in-depth knowledge of MISA regulations and their processes and offer a wide range of services, including trademark registrations, investment deals, negotiations, and arbitrations.

  2. Advising international companies regarding foreign investment Law.

Litigation:

Saudi Labor Law:

Our experience includes advising a wide range of companies, including Saudi Aramco and other publicly traded companies. in drafting labor policies, advising on complex matters, and resolving labor disputes.

We assist with employment transfers and secondments to avoid potential claims brought by employees. We also advise on terminating contracts, employee rights, or employer obligations. Our team also reviews the legality of HR decisions for terminating employees and corrective actions since they may be subject to review by the Labor Courts.

Our team has drafted and approved the work organization policies for companies. We hold a license to authorize the internal regulations from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD).
