Małecki Legal is a boutique corporate and M&A law firm founded by Leszek Małecki, a seasoned ex-SK&S transactional lawyer with over 15 years of experience in transaction and corporate projects.

We routinely advise on joint venture projects, management buyouts, ESOP implementations and investment rounds.
