Damian Staszewski has worked on numerous transactions, both in the form of share deals and asset deals, providing advisory services from the negotiation stage to conducting due diligence, preparing term sheets, and transactional documentation, including those related to public and market transactions.

His expertise also includes corporate dispute resolution and ongoing corporate services, such as handling internal group reorganization processes (mergers and divisions of companies) and implementing incentive programs for key employees based on stocks or shares. Damian Staszewski has also been involved in coordinating structuring processes and establishing international capital groups.
