Leszek Małecki has over 15 years of experience in advising clients on all types of M&A projects.

Specializes in transactional and corporate matters, both on the domestic and international markets. He advises investors (private, financial, corporate, angel), business founders, and shareholders in M&A, private equity, and venture capital transactions. 

He has advised clients from the following industries: new technologies, advertising, pharmaceuticals, medicine, media, food, FMCG, energy, and real estate. His experience also includes advising on complex restructuring projects, including mergers, transformations, and divisions of companies. 

Before founding the firm in 2020, he was with leading domestic and international firms such as SK&S (for nearly a decade), Gowling WLG (London), and Weil Gotshal and Manges (today: Rymarz Zdort Maruta).
