Tomasz specialises in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), with a focus on transactions involving PE/VC funds, and ongoing legal advisory to Polish and foreign capital companies.

His previous practice involved legal advisory on complex reorganizations of capital groups, including in particular mergers, transformations and divisions of companies. He also participated in the creation and reorganization of structures with alternative investment companies, as well as in succession planning process for family businesses through family foundations.
