Ms. Ayça Berker is the founding partner of Berker Berker Law Firm. After working in prominent law firms in Istanbul, she worked in banking at Bayındırbank A.Ş. Prior to becoming a partner of Berker Berker Law Firm, she worked as a manager in the Legal Consultancy Department of Turkcell İletişim Hizmetleri A.Ş. for 14 years.

Av. Ayça Berker is active in telecommunications law, contract law, banking and finance law, real estate and construction law, public private partnership projects (PPP), personal data protection law, electronic commerce law, labor law and compliance and regulatory work.

Ayça Berker, who provides consultancy services in line with the needs of companies with the experience she has gained in the corporate field by considering the commercial dimensions of the issue beyond the purely legal perspective, also works on digitalizing and improving the internal processes of companies in order to save time and cost.
