Mrs. Ayça Berker, a founding partner of Berker Berker Law Firm, brings a distinguished career shaped by her experience in some of Istanbul's leading law firms and a notable tenure in the banking sector at Bayındırbank A.Ş. For 14 years, she served as a senior manager in the Legal Counseling Department at Turkcell İletişim Hizmetleri A.Ş., Turkey’s leading telecommunications provider, where she gained deep insights into the complexities of corporate law from an in-house perspective.

Mrs. Berker specializes in telecommunications law, contract law, banking and finance, real estate and construction, public-private partnerships (PPP), data protection, e-commerce, labor law, and compliance. Her extensive corporate experience allows her to deliver legal counsel that aligns not only with legal frameworks but also with the commercial priorities of her clients.
