Att. Cenk Gümüş started his professional career at Çalık Holding in 2005 and then continued his practice at prominent law firms in Istanbul.

Currently, Av. Cenk Gümüş manages company incorporations, mergers/acquisitions, project finance and corporate governance projects of national and international companies. In addition to these areas, he also works in the fields of energy law, real estate law, labor law and start-ups. In 2018, he moved to the UK and started to provide international legal consultancy services there. As of 2019, he started to work at BerkerBerker.

Cenk Gümüş, who also follows the investment processes of multinational companies in Turkey through the UK (London) Chamber of Commerce, provides comprehensive and needs-oriented legal solutions on tax exemptions and government incentives that foreign companies will benefit from in their investments in Turkey.
