Recent cases include the MV "Gloria Confidence" where the firm sucessfully represented cargo owners and their insurers in a substantial cargo claim dispute.
The team also has significant experience in handling claims and disputes in the transport-, ocean and energy sector, including other contracts of carriage (road, rail and air), renewable energy contracts, energy insurance claims and claims arising out of incidents in relation to fish farming.
