Sarah Astbury

Commercial.

With over ten years of providing commercial and commercial property advice in Worcestershire, Sarah is a Partner within the firm’s Commercial Division as well as the Commercial Divisional Head.

Sarah provides pragmatic advice on a full spectrum of property matters including acquisitions, disposals, restructures, Landlord and Tenant matters and all aspects of development work. She also deals with various commercial agreements. With niche expertise in advising the hospitality industry, including: hotel groups, Michelin starred restaurants, and pubs.

In addition Sarah has expertise in rural energy projects specifically anaerobic digestion plants.

Sarah is currently heavily involved in delivering advice in regard to GP Consortia Constitutions, updating practice partnerships agreements and reviewing GP property arrangements.
