Position
Nick joined the firm in 2015 having previously worked at firms in Cheshire and Oxfordshire where he carried out similar work. Nick is based at the Telford Office.
Nick acts on a wide variety of property transactions such as sales, purchases and re-mortgages of agricultural property. He also advises on partnership agreements, rights of way, boundary issues, adverse possession matters and sports or recreational sales and agreements and renewables projects.
He also enjoys drafting Farm Business Tenancies and advising on succession applications under the 1986 Agricultural Holdings Act legislation.
Nick is a member of the Law Society, Country Landowners Association and the Agricultural Law Association.
