Stephen Wyer

Stephen is Partner and Head of the firm’s Corporate and Commercial Divisions. He gained his law degree from St John’s College Oxford and trained with City law firm Slaughter and May before moving back to the Midlands. He joined mfg in November 2015.

Stephen has 30 years of experience in corporate and commercial law and advises on a wide range of issues including acquisitions and disposals, reorganizations general corporate advice, agency and distribution agreements, terms and conditions of sale and purchase, Intellectual Property, Information Technology and all types of commercial agreements.

Stephen is a member of both the Birmingham Law Society and the national Law Society.
