He earned his BA in Law from Cairo University's Faculty of Law (English Department) and furthered his legal acumen with an LLM degree from the Indiana University School of Law, specializing in International and Comparative Law.

As a key contributor within teams, Elhassan played an integral role in orchestrating numerous pivotal banking and finance transactions for SHUAA Capital PSC in both the UAE and the broader GCC region. His career spanned over a decade within prominent private practice firms in the region, where he represented major GCC and international clients. Notable among these were institutions such as National Bank of Kuwait, JP Morgan, Warba Bank, Emirates NBD, Buobyan Bank, Commercial Bank of Kuwait, Gulf Bank, Kuwait National Petroleum Company, Kharafi National, and Rasameel Structured Finance, engaging in high-profile transactions.

His expertise extends across a spectrum of services, offering comprehensive advisory in areas including M&A, banking and finance, debt restructuring, real estate, corporate and commercial law, insolvency and bankruptcy, corporate structuring, and tax consultation.
