Matic Čad is a Partner at OP ČAD, specializing in M&A, corporate law, insolvency and restructuring, banking and finance, dispute resolution, sports law and real estate. With a strong academic foundation and international experience, Matic has established himself as a trusted advisor to domestic and international clients, providing strategic legal solutions in complex matters.

Matic joined OP ČAD in 2018 and has since played a pivotal role in expanding the firm’s expertise across various practice areas. His deep understanding of corporate structures, financial regulations, and commercial transactions allows him to effectively navigate high-stakes cases, particularly in mergers and acquisitions, insolvency proceedings, and banking-related matters. He is also highly skilled in alternative dispute resolution, having received specialized training in arbitration and mediation, which enables him to offer efficient and cost-effective legal solutions to clients.

Beyond his advisory work, Matic is actively involved in legal and business communities, currently serving as Chair of the People and Culture Council at the British-Slovenian Chamber of Commerce.
